Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of your hot water system within Australia.

  1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes: We offer shipping services within NSW to the greater Sydney area, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong and delivering to the ACT. The estimated delivery periods may vary based on location, stock availability, and other outlying factors. Typically, you can expect your hot water system to be delivered within 3 to 10 business days from the date of order placement.
  2. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are included in the cost of the hot water system. The total cost will be displayed during the checkout process. However, if you have included installation and your system requires it you may also require a tempering valve as per law which is an additional $185 AUD.
  3. Order Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed and payment is received, our team will process it promptly. Order processing includes verification, packaging, and preparing the hot water system for shipment. This process usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  4. Shipment Tracking: Once your hot water system is dispatched, we will provide you with an estimated time of arrival of your hot water system.
  5. Delivery Address and Requirements: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information during the order placement process. Please ensure that your delivery address is accessible and can receive large packages, such as hot water systems. If you need to make any changes to your delivery address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  6. Delivery Attempts and Signature: We will attempt delivery to the provided address. If there is no one available to receive the package, a calling card will be left for you to arrange a suitable delivery time. In some cases, the courier may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your hot water system.
  7. Damaged or Lost Shipments: We take the utmost care in packaging and shipping your hot water system. However, in the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, please notify us immediately. We will work closely with you to investigate and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
  8. International Shipping: Currently, Anytime Hot Water only ships within Australia. We do not offer international shipping services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
